The Business Mentor (Timi Orosz) agrees to deliver the Services and Digital products listed on this current website to Clients and Customers of Connect One Marketing, in a transparent manner while committing to focus on making a positive impact on the Spiritual Industry, society, communities, Client’s business and our world.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Business Mentor hereby confirms that all digital products listed as available on http://www.connectonemarketing.com, paid or free, were produced for the Spiritual Industry to provide value to potential and existing clients. Return policies are not applicable for Products, however, should the Client have any dissatisfaction regarding the purchase, it should be immediately flagged by email at: timi@connectonemarketing.com

REFUNDS

Business Mentor reminds Clients and Customers that she is in a human form, therefore mistakes could arise. Should they happen (such as technical errors, server outage etc) Business Mentor will rectify the situation and provide Client/Customer with an aligned solution.

In the event of complete misalignment, Customer/Client agrees to communicate the dissatisfaction towards Business Mentor as soon as possible. Should a workaround or alternative solution not be an acceptable resolution to rectify the misalignment, Customer of Digital Products has the right for a full-refund, 14 days within the purchase date or a 50% refund beyond the 14-day period. Client of Services has the right for a refund of the remainder of the services on a pro-rata basis in cases when business mentoring has already commenced. Should the Client have a sudden change of heart prior to the first mentoring session, Business Mentor agrees to part ways by providing a full refund minus a USD 125 cancellation fee, to the Client and wishing them well when this request is communicated at least more than 48 hours of the first scheduled mentoring session.

MUTUAL RESPECT

Both Parties agree to respect each other’s time and any cancellation or rescheduling requests will be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the mentoring session. When Client does not communicate such requests and fails to attend the session, Client agrees to waive their right for a refund. Should Business Mentor fail to communicate such requests, Client will be compensated with a 60-minute complimentary mentoring session.

SERVICES

Prior to a service is purchased by Client, both Parties acknowledge and understand the requirements and deliverables. Business Mentor agrees to tailor existing services to accommodate Client’s needs if necessary. Any customization needs shall be discussed and agreed upon before the first mentoring session commences.

Business Mentor agrees to provide services related to STRATEGIC CONSULTANCY & ADVISORY, ANALYTICAL SUPPORT and ENERGETIC BUSINESS ALIGNMENT such as (but not limited to):

  • Authentic branding audit
  • Market-entry recommendations
  • Brand positioning
  • Tone of voice and brand messaging
  • Target audience (Soul clients) analysis and recommendation
  • Lead generation optimization
  • Lead conversion optimization
  • Content marketing strategies and pillars
  • One best way processes using LEAN methodologies
  • Customer communication principles
  • Overall marketing activity realignment
  • Pricing & product development strategies
  • Website performance monitoring
  • Lead generation strategy
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Energetic blocks related to finances
  • Self-limiting beliefs holding the Client back from making a positive impact

In addition to the Services, the Client acknowledges that directed messages may came through during the mentoring sessions from higher planes/spirit to serve business development needs.

CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY

Client understands that any tasks, exercises and homework given by Business Mentor during or in-between mentoring sessions serve the development of the Client. Should the tasks be repeatedly missed and not executed, Client owns responsibility for the lack of implementation. Business Mentor has the right to hold Client accountable and issue follow-up or check-in emails/messages to encourage the Client to execute.

EXCLUSIVITY 

The Parties agree that when Services are provided to the Client, is not an exclusive arrangement and that the Parties are entitled to enter into other similar agreements with other parties. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Business Mentor shall not disclose to any third party any details regarding the Client’s business, including, without limitation any information regarding any of the Client’s customer information, business plans, or price points. Business Mentor shall not make copies of any confidential Information or any content based on the concepts contained within the Confidential Information for personal use or for distribution unless requested to do so by the Client. Business Mentor has the right to include Client in her portfolio, case studies and testimonials without revealing confidential information publicly.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Client will hold all intellectual property rights in any work product resulting from Services including, but not limited to, copyright and trademark rights. The Business Mentor agrees not to claim any such ownership in such work products’ intellectual property with the exception of Business Mentor’s branded exercises and tools that are distributed to Client.
