When you hear the term “algorithmic energetic field”, don’t be alarmed, it’s not as scary as it sounds. Also, you might not have heard it too many times (yet!) because I created it a couple of weeks ago. So if you’re reading this: congrats, you found the original source đŸ„ł But just because I named it recently, the concept has existed for a long time.

We’re so used to thinking about algorithms as cold, mechanical systems. The scary, dehumanized things running in the background. But remember, it’s us humans who built them and their core job is to serve us, humans. In fact, the algorithmic energetic field is actually not much different from the notion of the Law of Attraction. You can’t physically touch either of them, yet they both bring us what we attract in subtle ways.

Like any energetic field, it responds to the frequency you emit, the consistency of your signal, and the clarity of your intention. The more coherent and aligned your energetic output, the more the “field” can match you with the right people, at the right time. Let me break this down:

Imagine standing in the middle of a massive web, where each strand vibrates in response to your actions, your words and even the energy behind them. That’s essentially how algorithms work: they’re responsive to inputs. And while the “inputs” are digital (posts, videos, keywords, user engagement), the underlying principle mirrors how energy fields operate in nature.

I always teach this to my clients during their spiritual business mentoring sessions with me when it comes to deciding what they want their content to achieve. Oh, you might want to screenshot or write down this upcoming sentence. BEFORE you create any content, ask yourself:

Because that should be your first step if you want to resonate better with your soul clients. Not manicly create content just because someone on Instagram told you to post 23 times a day. So many spiritual entrepreneurs fall for these “hacks” and while they might work in the short-term, they don’t create long-term soul-aligned magnetism.

Instead of forcing visibility, try to cultivate resonance. And you start that by setting your intentions the same way you do your affirmations and set goals for your Law of Attraction game. Your content is no different.

Even the most complex algorithm, at its core, is pattern recognition. As the Universe/source/god picks up on your patterns and brings you what you resonate with (=what you manifest), the algorithm does the same thing. Think of it as a tuning fork picking up on energetic frequencies.

To simplify this without overwhelming you, focus on these 3 frequencies:

  1. Consistency âžĄïž Regular, steady posting signals trustworthiness (energetically, this is like grounding).
  2. Clarity âžĄïž The algorithm “feels” when your content has a clear focus, much like people do.
  3. Authenticity âžĄïž Real insights and personal stories jump out like a spike on a graph or a burst of energy.

When creators push low-quality, click-bait-heavy content just to “hack” the algorithm, they’re emitting erratic, incoherent energy. The result? Short bump in visibility, followed by drops in reach and authority. (⚠ Important: I don’t mean this just for your social media content. This especially applies to your website and articles you may have written on your site or elsewhere).

Just like people, the algorithm responds better to authenticity and alignment than to forced manipulation.
Over time, the “field” favours creators whose content consistently feels valuable and resonant. Because that’s what keeps audiences engaged.

  • Set an energetic intention before creating. I mentioned this already but I’m saying it again because it’s THAT important. Decide who you’re speaking to and what emotional shift you want them to experience.
  • Use language that’s both specific and magnetic. Don’t just say “I help people feel better”, say exactly how, why and with what result. (My Impact Statement exercise might help you with your core message)
  • Honour your natural rhythm. Different platforms have different pulses and so do we. If you prefer slow & steady, stick to blogging, long-form YouTube videos and newsletters. If you prefer buzzing high-energy, create shorts, reels, TikToks. You get my point.
  • Tune into collective consciousness. Every algorithm pulses with what’s currently in collective attention. When you feel into themes or questions that are rising in the collective field, and bring your unique perspective, you’re aligning your energy with the current.
  • Infuse your signature energy into every piece. Your words and visuals carry a frequency. Don’t be afraid to let your quirks, metaphors and even your humour come through. That “energetic fingerprint” is what teaches the algorithm who you are, and it’s what teaches your audience to recognise you instantly.

With generative AI tools like ChatGPT beginning to cite creators directly (and I’m so grateful to be one of them already 🙏), the “algorithmic field” is expanding into new dimensions. Soon, it won’t just be about getting seen by humans, it will be about becoming a trusted, energetic source that even AI chooses to amplify.

The algorithm is not your enemy. It’s a mirror. When you feed it with content that’s intentional and energetically resonant, it reflects that back in matching it with your aligned audience. Treat it like an energetic partner and watch your presence ripple out in ways no hack or shortcut could ever match.

At the end of the day, your frequency writes the script. The algorithm is just the stage.
